Program Modifications:
- Floyd’s Performance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

Square Platform Dependency:
- Floyd’s Performance Rewards relies on Square’s platform for point tracking and reward management.
- In the event of a Square system outage, points accrual and redemption may be temporarily unavailable.
- Floyd’s Performance is not liable for missed rewards or delays due to Square system disruptions.
Customer Responsibility:
- Customers acknowledge responsibility for understanding program rules, tracking points and rewards, and maintaining accurate contact information.
Data Privacy and Communications:
- Personal data (name, phone number, email) will be used solely for administering the loyalty program and providing updates.
- Customers consent to receive SMS and email communications related to rewards, account status, and promotions.
- Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time but will still receive transactional notifications.
Limitations of Liability:
- Floyd’s Performance is not responsible for:
- Errors in points accrual due to incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
- Technical errors or system outages affecting Square’s platform.
Dispute Resolution:
- Disputes regarding point balances or rewards must be reported within 30 days of the transaction.
- Reports can be sent to service@floydsperformance.com or handled by calling (251) 947-9631.
Error Corrections:
- Floyd’s Performance reserves the right to investigate and correct errors at its sole discretion.
- Customers must provide transaction details and proof of purchase to assist in error resolution.
